If you already have an appointment booked after this date, this will probably be changed to a telephone consultation. Please contact the surgery if you have not received a specific text about your appointment.
Some nurse appointments for essential procedures will continue to operate as face to face appointments, but patients will be asked to only attend if they are symptom free. Some routine checks, such as asthma reviews, will be cancelled to prevent at risk patients attending the surgery.
In order to assist in preventing the spread of COVID-19, please do not visit the surgery unless absolutely necessary. We encourage every patient visiting our sites to wash their hands or use alcohol gel if you need to visit the surgery.
Prescriptions can be ordered online, via your pharmacy, or via post. We would strongly advise against coming into surgery to drop off your requests. We urge all patients to ensure they have ordered medication at leave 5 working days in advance of running out. If you have not already nominated a pharmacy to collect your prescription from, please speak to your pharmacy as soon as possible.
The above measures have been taken to protect our patients, our staff and the wider community. We ask for your co-operation and understanding whilst these measures are in place.
